Our team values complete openness. At Havoc Inflatables, we guarantee clear, candid rates without any surprise costs. As part of our rental policy, we provide a seamless reservation journey with simple billing and safe web payments for your celebration.
Deposit Requirement
We Do Not Require A Deposit. To verify that you are a real person and the planner of the event, a team member will reach out via call or text message to confirm your reservation.
Final Balance
The FULL amount is due either at checkout or upon delivery (before set-up).

Delivery Radius
We offer free delivery within 10 miles of LaPlace, LA. A small travel fee applies to locations further out to cover logistics.
Setup Requirements
A flat, clear space with access to a dedicated 110v outlet is required. Waterslides require a nearby faucet within 50-foot of the slide Our team handles all professional anchoring.
Weather Protocol
For safety, we cannot set up in heavy rain or winds exceeding 15mph. We offer flexible rescheduling for such weather events.
The safety of your guests is our absolute priority. To ensure a worry-free event, all rentals must adhere to these supervised operation guidelines:
- Adult Supervision: A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times while in use.
- Capacity Limits: No overcrowding. Follow the maximum occupant guidelines listed on each unit.
- Safe Play: No flips, wrestling, or rough play. Keep age groups separated for safety.
- Prohibited Items: No shoes, food, drinks, sharp objects, or silly string inside the unit.
- Weather Awareness: Evacuate and deflate the unit immediately if winds exceed 15mph or if lightning is detected.

Flexible Cancellations
We understand plans change. Reservations can be canceled or rescheduled easily through our online system. We offer free weather-related cancellations up to 48 hours before your event, providing either a full refund or flexible rescheduling to ensure your booking is worry-free. For non-weather cancellations within 48 hours, a modest processing fee & return process may apply.
